Meet the Founder

Tacy Nguyen founded My Viet, Inc. with a deep belief in service, trust, and community. As an immigrant herself, she understands firsthand the courage it takes to start over in a new country and the importance of having someone you can trust on your side. With more than 15 years of experience in U.S. and international immigration, Tacy has personally supported thousands of families through their immigration journeys. Her work combines not only legal and policy expertise, but also a deep care for people and their stories.

In addition to leading My Viet, Tacy serves as a senior consultant at Straife, advising on complex immigration strategies around the world. She also supports global partnerships at Greffex, a U.S.-based pharmaceutical firm, and publishes a Dallas-based lifestyle magazine that connects business leaders and global citizens.

Despite her many roles, Tacy remains most passionate about supporting people to take that life-changing first step toward opportunity and growth. She leads with humility, serves with heart, and remains committed to building bridges between countries, communities, and people.
