The EB-3 visa is an employment-based immigration program that allows foreign workers to obtain permanent residency (a green card) in the United States through a sponsoring employer. It is the third-preference category under U.S. employment-based immigration, administered by USCIS. Once approved, you and your eligible family members can live and work permanently in the United States.

The EB-3 Green Card is a great option for F-1/ F-2 / H-2B / H-1B / H-4 / J-1 visa holders in the U.S. and for those residing abroad.
Outside the U.S.
As long as you meet the legal requirements and have no ineligibilities, you can qualify.
Other status (Asylees, etc.)
You must not have violated your non-immigrant status or worked without authorization for over 6 months.
