What is the
EB-3 Visa Program?

The EB-3 visa is an employment-based immigration program that allows foreign workers to obtain permanent residency (a green card) in the United States through a sponsoring employer. It is the third-preference category under U.S. employment-based immigration, administered by USCIS.
