  • F1: U.S. citizens (already naturalized) sponsor unmarried children over 21 years old.
  • F2A: Lawful permanent residents (green card holders) sponsor spouses or unmarried children under 21 years old.
  • F2B: Lawful permanent residents sponsor unmarried children over 21 years old.
  • F3: U.S. citizens sponsor children who are already married.
  • F4: U.S. citizens (over 21 years old) sponsor siblings. According to the visa bulletin above, unmarried children under 21 years old are prioritized for sponsorship, and U.S. citizens have priority over lawful permanent residents.
