The EB-3 visa is an employment-based immigration program that allows foreign workers to obtain permanent residency (a green card) in the United States through a sponsoring employer. It is the third-preference category under U.S. employment-based immigration, administered by USCIS. Once approved, you and your eligible family members can live and work permanently in the United States.
The EB-3 Green Card is a great option for F-1/ F-2 / H-2B / H-1B / H-4 / J-1 visa holders in the U.S. and for those residing abroad.
As long as you meet the legal requirements and have no ineligibilities, you can qualify.
You must not have violated your non-immigrant status or worked without authorization for over 6 months.

Submit a request to the U.S Department of labor to determine wage for the position
Local advertising and internal notice of filling posting for U.S worker. Screening and selection of international worker. Jobs offer letter issued.
File the Perm Labor Certification with the Department of Labor to demonstrate to qualified U.S workers are available for the job.
Submit Form I-140 to USCIS to confirm the foreign worker's eligibility and the employer's ability to pay the offered wage.
File for Adjustment of status (Form I-485) if the worker is in the U.S, or proceed with consular processing if they are outside the U.S
The worker enter the U.S as a permanent resident and begin work for the employer for at least one year

4. Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing
Adjustment of Status (I-485): For employees already in the U.S.
Consular Processing: For employees outside the U.S. Processing time: 8-12 months, varying by location and current processing times
5. Worker’s Arrival and Onboarding
