To qualify for an Immigration Permit under the category, the applicant must invest at least €300,000 in one of the following options:
Buy one or two new residential properties in Cyprus with a total purchase cost of at least €300,000 (excluding VAT). The full amount must be paid at the time of submission, using funds transferred from abroad by the applicant and/or their spouse (if also applying).
Purchase shares in a Cyprus-based company with active operations and employees in Cyprus.
Invest in units of a Cyprus Investment Organization of Collective Investments (AIF, AIFLNP, or RAIF) that conducts its investments within the Republic.
The applicant should demonstrate a secured and steady annual income of €50,000,with an additional €15,000 for a spouse and €10,000 for each dependent child.
If the investment is in non-residential options, the investor must own or rent a residential property in Cyprus.
