As of February 2020, we are only allowed to process F-4 visa applications (siblings of US citizens) with a petition opening date before July 1, 2006. If Your F-4 petition opening date is from July 1, 2006 onwards, please DO NOT reschedule a new interview appointment, DO NOT conduct an exit medical examination, and DO NOT go to the Consulate interview shop. This postponement will likely not change for at least the next few months.
