The jury indicted Agustin Nieto Regalado, 47, of Tulsa, with attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, and possession of a false U.S. permanent resident card. Two years ago, this man also molested another child while she was at a friend’s house.
In April 2019, the victim’s mother became suspicious about a Facebook message her daughter received from a man she knew as Marc Marcos Diaz. The mother spoke to Diaz, pretending to be her daughter. Even though Diaz knew the child’s age, he still described the sexual acts he wanted to perform on the victim. He also offered to pay for sexual acts, demanded explicit images, and described how he had previously molested another child. Marcos Diaz, who is Agustin Nieto Regalado, also took sexually explicit photos of himself and sent them to the “little girl.” The mother reported the incident to authorities.
